Gas Care implemented Elyos AI agents in January 2025. The main objective originally was to automate out-of-hours call handling, since then, the team has expanded into appointment reminders, scheduling AI assistant for services and launched a full time Daytime CSR.

Gas Care provides gas installation, maintenance, and emergency services across the Manchester region.
Managing Director, CEO, Carl Enser runs the business with Operations Director, and brother Craig Enser. The company operates with a team of qualified gas engineers serving both commercial and residential customers but with big ambitions, they have already started expanding Gas.Care Group, running Hey Electrics (the electric division) and Freshio (cleaning).
Elyos AI and GasCare team kicked off working together with a trip up to Macclesfield in January 2025. Operations Manager, Louise Hardiman led the charge implementing Elyos AI Agents across the business.

Phase 1: Out-of-hours AI Agent
- Out-of-hours emergency call handling, the first agent live was named ‘Kate’
- Intelligent triage to help diagnose urgent vs. routine requests
- Automated engineer dispatch with a warm transfer and WhatsApp alerts for the management team
- Complete integration with Commusoft to book jobs out of hours
Phase 2: Appointment Reminder AI Agent
- Automated customer contact 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments
- Real-time appointment confirmation and rescheduling directly in Commusoft
Phase 3: Daytime CSR
- After the implementation of out-of-hours and appointment reminder AI Agent, the team decided to launch a full time daytime CSR
- Supporting the current helpdesk by answering general enquiries, booking and rescheduling jobs and transferring when needed
